2. CREATION AND FOUNDERS 

Olinka Vištica and Dražen Grubišić, a Croatian artist couple, came up with the idea for the museum after their own breakup. What they wanted was to offer a space for people to process emotions related to loss and share stories anonymously. 

2.1. Creation Process: 

- It began as a traveling exhibition in 2006. 

- The success of the exhibition led to the foundation of a permanent museum in 2010.
